Michael Averett

Michael is a junior majoring in psychological science and minoring in neuroscience. He is very interested in doing research on cancer since he wants to see how cancer patients and their families are affected mentally from the burden of such a deadly disease and how to better support them through it. He wants to pursue a PhD in clinical psychology and look to help those suffering from PTSD. His hobbies include being a personal trainer and spending a lot of time doing outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing.
